Who is Grady Bautista?
A life long resident of Tucson I am now working for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage selling real estate and loving it! I have helped both sellers and buyers all over the
Tucson area.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked in a number of different fields. I used my creative side for several years working as a potter making unique wheel thrown pottery that was sold at fairs and in galleries. I still have a small studio at my home and continue to make wonderful art. This experience has proved helpful in advising sellers on how to “stage” their home for sale, and in thinking creatively when problem solving.
After I decided that being a professional “artist” was not the life for me I began working in sales and marketing. I spent two years working as a Territory Sale Representative representing Hewlett Packard. I worked directly with the public, showing consumers the latest in Hewlett Packard technology and helping people choose the best product for their needs.
Outside of work I am actively involved in my community, serving as the Secretary for my neighborhood association. I have been happily married for almost three years. My wife Anna is a third grade teacher and is now getting her masters in Educational Administration. In my spare time I enjoy ceramics, going to concerts, and watching good movies
I find my career in real estate rewarding on many levels and look forward to growing my business over a long career. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is an excellent company to work for. As an agent I benefit from their exceptional training, large market presence, and high standards for ethics, negotiating, and customer service. As a client of mine you will also benefit from those things plus all the other skills my company and I bring to the table.
