After four years with the Cobb team at Coldwell Banker, Cobb Realty was opened in February of 2009. Grady was thrilled to have the opportunity to help start this new venture. Grady has this to say after the first year in business, "Our team is cohesive and gets along like family. Agents are busy selling homes and finding great opportunities in the current market. You will be hard pressed to find a more energetic, talented and caring bunch of REALTOR's."
A native Tucsonan, Grady has seen the big changes Tucson experienced in the past 30 years. Having watched the Tucson metro area grow to over 1 million residents, Grady functions both as a home town specialist and an expert guide to the surrounding areas of Vail, Corona de Tucson, Benson, Sahuarita, The Catalina foothills, Oro Valley and Marana. Grady has expertise in residential homes and land, foreclosures, short sales and investment properties.
Grady's wife Anna Warmbrand is also a licensed Realtor, assisting with deals while simultaneously being an excellent mother and a full time school administrator.
When not working Grady enjoys spending time with his young son Izeah, making wheel thrown pottery and traveling. Prior to entering real estate Grady spent years working in the arts community as a potter, and apprenticed as a tile muralist, a production potter and a metal sculptor.
To sharpen his business skills Grady began working in sales for Hewlett Packard and doing retail merchandising. This lead to an opportunity in real estate and the rest is history. He says, "Real Estate was the perfect fit for me. I was able to be entrepreneurial while also taking care of people." He looks forward to a long career in real estate and can't wait to see what happens next.
